Qualifications

• Public procurement experience is required; master’s degree and professional certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with goals, timing, and compliance.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and project success.
• Oversee project execution from initiation to completion, including planning, budgeting, risk assessment, and performance tracking.
• Foster cross-department collaboration, ensuring stakeholder engagement and effective communication.
• Identify and mitigate project risks with proactive problem resolution.
• Optimize processes and workflows to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Drive adoption of technology and data-driven decision-making to improve project outcomes.
• Mentor junior project managers and team members, promoting continuous learning.
• Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and operational standards.
• Support leadership in strategic planning and policy development.
