Job summary

Vanguard seeks a Client Connect specialist in Malvern to serve as the centralized entry point into Enterprise Supply Management, guiding requests through buying channels, onboarding vendors, and ensuring policy-compliant processing across procurement activities.

You will partner with business stakeholders and ESM teams to deliver timely, high-quality support across the purchasing lifecycle, balancing competing priorities, and contributing to continuous improvement and team knowledge-sharing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years related work experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience; accounting/finance degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a centralized point of contact into Enterprise Supply Management (ESM), listening to business partners, clarifying their needs and guiding them to the right buying channel, ESM team, or support path.
• Triages and processes procurement transactions with speed and accuracy, reviewing purchase requisitions, processing change orders and Direct-to-PO requests, and drafting materials for low-to-medium complexity transactions in line with policy.
