Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years related work experience in sourcing functions.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Experience with IT hardware and software is needed to be successful in this role.

Responsibilities

• Leads low and medium complexity sourcing transactions based on business needs and facilitates discussions on relationship, cost and capabilities.
• Drives engagements through defined sourcing processes, coordinating with Sourcing teams, business owners, and Legal & Risk partners.
• Participates in strategic vendor initiatives, coordinating stakeholders for input and collaboration.
• Interprets contract requirements, obligations and risk to stakeholders, including sourcing professionals and leaders.
• Oversees contract review and negotiations, educating stakeholders on commercial and policy considerations.
• Identifies value creation via supplier consolidation, demand management and process optimization.
• Ensures supplier and contract data is entered into management systems and considers vendor alternatives.
• Supports adherence to procurement policies and participates in special projects.
