Job summary

Beehive Industries is seeking a Senior Lead Inventory & Materials Improvement Specialist in Centennial, CO. You will own and optimize the company’s inventory flow across manufacturing, ensuring accuracy, timely replenishment, and strong financial alignment with ERP/MRP records.

The role requires 10+ years in manufacturing inventory, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and the ability to obtain US government security clearance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in inventory or materials management in manufacturing.
• Experience designing and improving inventory processes.
• Hands-on experience supporting production lines or assembly operations.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems in manufacturing.
• Experience partnering with Finance on inventory valuation and reporting.
• Ability to obtain US security clearance; US citizenship required.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall inventory strategy and processes across manufacturing, ensuring standardized, scalable, and effective practices.
• Own material presentation to assembly, establishing line-side stocking, point-of-use inventory, kitting, staging, and replenishment.
• Develop and optimize material stocking strategies based on demand, consumption, lead times, material criticality, and production requirements.
• Own material issuance processes to the production floor, ensuring accurate transactions and ERP/MRP alignment.
• Establish and lead inventory reconciliation practices, including cycle counting and physical inventories.
• Drive inventory accuracy and control, ensuring alignment of physical, system, and financial inventory.
• Partner with Finance on inventory financials, including reconciliations and year-end activities.
• Optimize inventory levels and working capital while minimizing excess and obsolescence.
• Lead cross-functional inventory and material-flow improvements with multiple teams.
• Establish governance and KPIs to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
