Job summary

QCS Staffing Ltd in the United States, North Carolina, seeks an experienced Senior Procurement Manager to support a landmark capital project. Based on a 12-month contract, you will own sourcing strategy, governance, and commercial outcomes for construction, EPCM, and capital equipment packages.

You will lead end-to-end RFP/tender processes, negotiate terms, and provide leadership across project controls, engineering, and finance to deliver the program on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Senior project procurement leader with ownership-level responsibility.
• Extensive experience drafting, negotiating, and managing construction and EPCM contracts.
• Proven end-to-end RFP and tender management expertise.
• Deep experience delivering procurement on major capital/greenfield construction projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Own procurement strategy, execution, and outcomes for the Apollo 11 capital project.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing, tendering, negotiation, and contract award for construction, EPCM, and capital equipment.
• Develop and execute category and sourcing strategies aligned to milestones and cost targets.
• Negotiate and manage construction and EPCM contracts, including terms and risk.
• Provide commercial leadership across EPCM environments with cross-functional partners.
