Job summary

Kurz Industrial Solutions Inc. in Wisconsin seeks a Procurement and Warehouse Coordinator to manage daily purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships for multiple locations. Qualifications

• Associates degree in supply chain management or business administration or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of procurement and/or inventory management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
• Strong time management with ability to meet deadlines.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities; thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred and proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Purchase goods and/or services daily for multiple locations to ensure timely delivery.
• Resolve receiving, shipping, inventory, and invoicing issues as they arise.
• Process vendor returns and participate in vendor relationship strategies.
• Act as liaison between Sales and Suppliers for orders, pricing, and scheduling.
• Establish and monitor a cycle count inventory program.
• Maintain bin and location accuracy within NetSuite and support physical counts.
• Coordinate import/export and keep cross-border shipment documentation in order.
• Assist in stocking level discussions and identify year-over-year cost savings.
• Assist with warehouse duties during staff shortages or peak periods.
