Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of program, project, or product management experience
• 6+ years of related industry experience
• 8+ years of data analysis using Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent
• 8+ years of high-volume manufacturing operations or sourcing experience
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience in global supply chain management with cross-functional teams
• Experience in program, project or product management, or leading product implementation

Responsibilities

• Manage a category within the Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) domains
• Achieve cost savings through bidding and negotiations
• Plan and execute effective negotiation strategies with vendors
• Analyze category data and metrics to drive Procurement category strategies
• Understand trends in customers’ needs and concerns across categories and regions to influence priorities
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction
• Lead supplier selection processes across multiple categories and regions and create long-term strategies
• Support contracting and post-execution contract management
