VERSANT Media is seeking a Senior Analyst, Global Procurement – SG&A to support the Global Procurement team in executing sourcing initiatives and managing SG&A spend across our global operations. You will help build a centralized procurement function and collaborate with Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, and other functions to drive cost optimization and supplier governance.

Formación

• 3+ years of procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or related commercial experience, preferably SG&A categories.
• Experience supporting or leading components of RFx processes.
• Experience participating in supplier negotiations and commercial evaluations.
• Strong analytical skills, including spend analysis, bid evaluation, pricing analysis, and reporting.
• Understanding of cost modeling and cost drivers.

Responsabilidades

• Support sourcing initiatives across SG&A categories, including consulting and professional services, HR services, marketing and research services, finance and tax services, legal services, facilities, and other corporate services.
• Lead defined components of RFx processes (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs) with supplier outreach, bid analysis, and negotiation support.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into clear sourcing documentation.
• Conduct spend and supplier analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities and supplier consolidation.
• Develop pricing models, cost analyses, and financial evaluations to support business cases.
• Prepare procurement reporting, dashboards, savings documentation, and trackers.
• Draft RFPs, RFQs, scopes of work, and other procurement artifacts.
• Review MSAs, SOWs, renewals, amendments, and change orders with Legal and Finance.
