The US Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board (FRTIB) is seeking a Supervisory Procurement Analyst in Washington, DC to lead complex acquisitions and ensure compliance with procurement laws and regulations, safeguarding the integrity of the Thrift Savings Plan.

Qualifications

Completion of at least 4-years experience in contracting or related positions, with at least 1 year specialized experience at the next lower level.
A 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor’s degree with at least 24 semester hours in accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, or related fields.
Specialized experience includes interpreting acquisition policies, advising on strategies, planning acquisitions, evaluating processes, and applying procurement laws.
Experience credit for volunteer work through service programs is considered.
A full year of work is 35-40 hours per week; part-time experience is credited proportionally.
