Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in related field or advanced degree.
• Experience with DoD procurement/subcontract compliance (FAR/DFARS/ITAR).
• Experience negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers.
• Experience with SAP PRISM purchasing tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue RFQs/RFPs and manage responses.
• Review quotes and proposals to select best value.
• Define sourcing strategy from drawings and purchase history.
• Negotiate terms, price, and schedule with suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, RTX terms, and export controls.
• Oversee post-award supplier performance and risk management.
