ADP is hiring a Senior Procurement Analyst in our Global Procurement Organization. In this role, you will facilitate the acquisition and licensing of software across ADP, support procurement functions, manage software assets, enforce standards, and negotiate pricing.

The ideal candidate is self-driven, collaborates with stakeholders, and can work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment while meeting procurement goals.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requests for quotes with internal customers.
• Track software licensing and purchases.
• Maintain data integrity of software purchases with the Software Asset Management Team.
• Prepare and monitor purchase requisitions.
• Create reports to ensure compliance and measure adherence to processes.
• Collaborate with leadership across procurement and enterprise teams for software tracking and forecasting.
• Assist Contract Managers in negotiating software agreements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of purchase order processes and software accounting.
• Experience working with senior leadership.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
