Job Function Summary

The firm is looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Senior Procurement Analyst. The individual will be responsible for providing requisitioning, negotiating, and order placement services. Responsibilities include analyzing user requests, soliciting vendor proposals, negotiating pricing, reviewing agreement terms, and preparing competitive events / RFPs as needed. Additionally, the Analyst will collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to drive continuous cost and process improvements. The role requires a detail-oriented, creative individual who is comfortable working in a highly collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.

Principal Responsibilities

• Formulate and deploy sourcing strategies and negotiate agreements for goods and services across multiple categories, including software, technology equipment, facility management/real estate, HR services, professional services, subscriptions, and general supplies.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to develop strategies that deliver value and minimize risk.
• Identify opportunities for supplier consolidation and enhancing relationships with existing suppliers.
• Analyze data to identify cost savings, process efficiencies, and risk mitigation opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and assess industry trends.
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies across the firm.

Qualifications/Skills Required

• Bachelor's Degree (business-related) and 3+ years of indirect procurement experience.
• Experience in sourcing and procurement in both technology and non-technology categories.
• Driven, innovative, results-oriented, persistent, with a positive attitude and problem-solving interest.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Active listening skills to uncover relevant information and identify solutions.
• Quick learner, detail-oriented, with strong ownership of work.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, changing environment with a high sense of urgency.
• Team player willing to participate and assist others.
• Experience with Oracle or Procure-to-Pay systems and Tableau.

Millennium offers a total compensation package including a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and benefits. The estimated base salary range is $70,000 to $160,000, specific to New York, subject to change based on experience and qualifications.
