Job summary

The Boeing Company in California is seeking an Experienced or Senior Procurement Agent to support the Proprietary Supply Chain Team on site in El Segundo or Seal Beach. You will execute and manage contracts for a range of products and services, leveraging strong negotiation, FAR knowledge and supply chain leadership.

Eligible candidates must meet security requirements and be able to work onsite. The role includes handling supplier performance, schedules, and strategic contracting initiatives

Qualifications

• 3+ years in supplier management and procurement.
• Experience drafting, negotiating, and executing complex contracts and subcontracts.
• Experience with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations).

Responsibilities

• Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into sourcing and contracting.
• Negotiates pricing and contract terms; prepares negotiated documents and binding agreements.
• Oversees supply chain performance, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial outcomes.
