Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Process & Solutions Lead to act as an internal consultant for US Medicine business and service owners. The role diagnoses complex execution challenges, frames improvement opportunities and leads design and implementation of solutions across TA- and MedX-owned priorities.

It requires building domain understanding, shaping problems and guiding change with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; 7+ years of pharma/healthcare/operational excellence experience.
Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, PharmD, PhD, MD or equivalent) preferred with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Lean Six Sigma or similar process-improvement certs (preferred); change-management and Agile certs are advantageous.

Responsabilités

Define fit-for-purpose performance measures, baselines and review cadences for assigned priorities.
Translate data and visualization requirements to support decisions; identify gaps needing system or process change.
Diagnose bottlenecks, redesign workflows, and determine what should be simplified, standardized, or automated.
Lead phase-appropriate implementation and change strategies, including adoption measures and reinforcement plans.
Coordinate pilots, testing and user acceptance with IT, analytics and business partners.
Maintain executive-ready communication on progress, risks, decisions and realized benefits.
