Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Group Lead for Medical Operations & Practice Exchange to drive enterprise performance governance and transformation across US Medicine. You will translate priorities into a sequenced roadmap, allocate capacity, and govern changes with TA and MedX owners accountable for strategy and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required, with a minimum of eight years of relevant industry experience.
• Demonstrated experience in Medical Affairs operations, business or capability excellence, or portfolio and program management is required.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP or PgMP) and process-improvement certification (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) preferred.
• Proven ability to build and lead performance, process improvement and transformation capability serving multiple business units.
• Experience owning a prioritized improvement portfolio and making transparent capacity trade-offs across senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Establishes the enterprise performance-management approach and review cadence across priority US Medical activities.
• Translates priorities into a prioritized portfolio of US Medicine improvement work.
• Directs the Process & Solutions Leads across the US Medicine portfolio.
• Sets capability strategy and governance for performance diagnosis, business cases, and change management.
• Ensures completed solutions are transitioned to named owners for steady-state operation.
