Indovorama Ventures: Indovinya? Indovinya—the Pasadena site seeks a Process Safety Engineer to drive PSM activities, ensure hazard analyses are current, and guide risk-based decisions across engineering, operations, and maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in PSM, strong communication, and experience with PHA methods; knowledge of OSHA/EPA requirements is a plus. This role emphasizes safety culture and continuous improvement.
Formación
- Bachelor’s Degree in chemical engineering or related field.
- 5+ years in Process Safety Management including PHA/LOPA preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- PHA software such as PHA-Pro preferred.
- Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, API, NFPA, ASME standards.
Responsabilidades
- Be a technical partner for all engineer tasks in the EHS department related to PSM duties.
- Support Pasadena and Dayton Sites with PSM regulatory requirements.
- Lead PHA/LOPA analyses and document recommendations.
- Coordinate MOC processes and safety reviews with site teams.
- Mentor site personnel in process hazard analysis techniques.
