Job summary

Indorama Ventures: Indovinya is seeking a Principal Process Engineer to act as a technical SME for a home unit while supporting multiple sites. The role leads capital and non-capital projects, mentors engineers, and ensures safe, compliant process design across units, with 20%–60% domestic travel.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in chemical engineering with 7+ years in owner-operator operations or a Bachelor’s with 10+ years, plus strong SAP and Aspen Plus proficiency.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in chemical engineering with 7+ years in an owner-operator chemical setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering with 10+ years in an owner-operator chemical industry.
• Proficiency with SAP, Aspen Plus and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital and non-capital projects to improve operational effectiveness.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to engineers.
• Develop PFDs, P&IDs, and multiple design data sheets for various equipment.
• Oversee EPC firm work and ensure compliance with standards and processes.
• Lead safety activities including HAZOP, LOPA, incident investigations and PSSR.
• Collaborate with business teams on long-term capital planning.
