Job summary

BioPharma Consulting JAD Group is seeking a Senior Engineer to independently lead the characterization of process optimization strategies and troubleshoot operational issues across manufacturing, pilot plant, and capital project environments.

The role requires advanced engineering application to design and implement major system modifications, run experiments, develop, organize, and present technical interpretations for large, complex projects with strict QA and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s with engineering experience, or a Bachelor’s with 4+ years in engineering.
• Preference for Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering background.
• Experience with validated equipment installations and documentation.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex engineering assignments requiring new techniques.
• Develop policies and procedures affecting multiple units.
• Supervise engineers, associates, and technicians.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, QA, and validation for system modifications.
• Deliver projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Provide technical solutions for complex problems.
