Job summary

Zebra Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and autonomous Process Operator, Support Senior to operate, monitor, and maintain our production machinery. In this role, you will work independently to ensure products are assembled and tested to meet our strict quality and quantity standards.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, excellent communication, and thrives in both independent and collaborative team environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: HS Diploma or GED
• Minimum Work Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, monitor, and clean production machinery daily.
• Assemble, test, and adjust products per specifications.
• Inspect for defects and tag non-conforming materials per work instructions.
• Move raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to storage.
• Log material transactions in ERP.
• Maintain inventory of operating supplies and coordinate with vendors.
• Support R&D trials and testing of new materials.
• Assist in training new hires for consistency.
• Maintain ISO and GMP documentation and clean work areas.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate across departments to maintain professional standards.
