Job summary

GSK is hiring an on-site Manufacturing Operator to safely deliver high-quality medicines in a regulated plant. You will work with operators and technicians to troubleshoot issues, lead changeovers and ensure GMP-compliant batch records.

The role offers growth and cross-functional learning across science, technology and manufacturing teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in production or process operations, with a high school diploma or GED and experience with SOPs, batch records, and equipment

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production or process operator role.
• 3+ years in a regulated manufacturing environment, or equivalent.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience performing equipment changeovers and start-of-batch activities.
• Demonstrated experience following and completing batch documentation and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead equipment changeovers and start-of-batch activities with accurate documentation and safe handover.
• Operate, clean and maintain production equipment following SOPs and batch documentation.
• Monitor process performance and product quality; escalate issues and support root cause resolution.
• Use production systems and basic data tools to record performance and identify trends.
• Coach and train colleagues on safety practices and procedures.
• Prepare production equipment and materials per batch instructions and SOPs.
• Meet production schedules, volume, cost and quality targets while maintaining GMP standards.
