Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Process Mining implementations.
• Mandatory expertise in OCPM (Object-Centric Process Mining).
• Expertise in data extraction, transformation, and process analytics.
• Advanced SQL and relational database skills.
• Experience with SAP ECC/S4 HANA, Oracle Cloud, or Oracle EBS.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with process intelligence, automation, AI-enabled process optimization, and operationalization preferred.
• Process Mining certifications highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Process Mining implementation teams across concurrent engagements.
• Provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on with solution development.
• Govern data engineering activities, custom integrations, and data pipelines.
• Mentor teams, review deliverables, and manage risks and dependencies.
• Drive adoption of advanced Process Mining capabilities, automation, and AI-based solutions.
