• Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop data-driven insights.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Process Mining Consultant to lead data engineering activities and deliver scalable Process Mining solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on expertise in Object-Centric Process Mining (OCPM), SQL, data extraction and transformation, data modeling, and process analytics.

The consultant will work closely with data engineering teams and business stakeholders to develop Process Mining solutions, integrate enterprise application data, identify process improvement opportunities, and support automation and operationalization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Interview Process

1. Initial screening round.

2. One 60‑minute virtual interview covering technical/coding skills and behavioral competencies.
