Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Business Process Analyst to lead onboarding for new users, document current-state processes, and design future-state workflows within the ARES platform.

You will translate business needs into system requirements, create process maps using Visio or Lucidchart, coordinate UAT and readiness activities, and collaborate across teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing platform adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five or more years of direct experience with project lead responsibilities, or eight or more years of related experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and not on any type of visa.
• Experience documenting, analyzing, and improving business processes through process mapping and workflow design.
• Knowledge of Visio, Lucidchart, or comparable process-mapping tools.
• Experience coordinating testing efforts, UAT activities, and implementation readiness.
• Understanding of how business processes translate into data flows, operational requirements, and system functionality.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus across multiple teams.
• Experience supporting system implementations, process transformation initiatives, or technology adoption efforts.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST.
• Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies, procedures, Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, and workplace conduct and safety policies

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding efforts for new users, business processes, and use cases within the ARES platform.
• Analyze current-state business processes and translate them into future-state workflows and system requirements.
• Create and maintain process maps, workflows, and documentation using Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, readiness activities, issue resolution, and production implementation efforts.
• Identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities and recommend ways to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Partner with internal WCIB Operations teams to gather requirements, answer questions, provide guidance, and support platform adoption.
• Build stakeholder trust and influence organizational and process changes without direct authority.
• Support platform enhancements, production troubleshooting, onboarding initiatives, and strategic business technology projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure successful implementation and long-term adoption of business solutions.
