Qualifications

• Ten (10) years’ experience in mine, construction or other industrial maintenance in progressively responsible positions
• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP/CMMS is required
• Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word and PowerPoint are required
• Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience supervising and directing people
• High school diploma required
• Trade certification, AS/AAS or BS education or equivalent combination of experience and education

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities within the division including planning, scheduling, budgeting, reliability and improvements
• Apply technical knowledge to plan, organize, and coordinate maintenance and capital plans
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and adherence to NGM standards and procedures
• Guide the team through safety culture, meetings, and incident reporting
• Develop and manage the department operating and capital budgets
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, environment, safety, and finance
