Job summary

Nevada Gold Mines is hiring a Process Maintenance Superintendent at the Turquoise Ridge mine site in Nevada. The role leads a team to safely achieve electrical and mechanical maintenance targets and provides technical leadership across oversight areas to enable safe, predictable mining operations.

The successful candidate will manage maintenance planning, scheduling, budgeting, and continuous improvement, while upholding HS&E standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Ten years in mine or industrial maintenance in progressively responsible positions.
• SAP or similar ERP/CMMS knowledge is required.
• MS Office familiarity (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) required.
• Minimum eight years supervising people to achieve results.
• High school diploma is required.
• Trade certification, AS/AAS or BS education or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver maintenance and capital plans within budget and time frames.
• Plan, schedule, budget, reliability, and continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across all activities and incidents.
• Develop safety culture through regular meetings and training.
• Manage department operating and capital budget and staffing.
• Build cross-functional relationships with engineering, operations, safety, and finance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
