You will design experiments to evaluate device performance and reliability, collaborate across teams to optimize flows, and lead cross-functional projects aimed at memory scaling, yield, and power optimization. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making and innovative problem solving.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Physics, Materials Science & Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 7–10 years of semiconductor experience in memory tech, process integration, or device development.
• Strong knowledge of DRAM, NAND, and emerging memory architectures.
• Deep understanding of process integration, device physics, and materials science.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical projects with rigorous experimental design and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead process integration efforts for Advanced DRAM technologies.
• Develop and integrate memory device architectures from concept to silicon.
• Design experiments to evaluate performance, reliability, and failure mechanisms.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize process flows.
• Drive yield improvement through analysis of inline, defect, and probe data.
