Job summary

GlobalFoundries in Essex Junction, Vermont, seeks a Process Integration Engineer who will collaborate with the engineering team on yield, cost reduction, integrated process capability, technology ramp and transfers. You will gather and analyze data, define problems, test hypotheses, and drive closure of the control plan to secure improvements.

This position requires strong analytical, problem‑solving and engineering skills and is located at GlobalFoundries in Essex Junction, VT.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's or Master’s in computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, chemical engineering, materials science, chemistry, physics or related field.
Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing.
Language Fluency - English
Travel - Up to 10%
