Job summary

Intel Corporation in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Senior MDCE professional to lead data-driven process integration efforts across TD and HVM. You will design and deploy scalable analytics infrastructure to enable inline monitoring, rapid excursions, and predictive optimization in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing.

The role requires 5+ years in semiconductor process integration, expertise in device physics, and experience with big data analytics.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related STEM field.
• 5+ years in semiconductor Process Integration development and customization.
• Experience in large-volume manufacturing environments with process know-how.
• Expertise in device physics and/or interconnects and critical parameter control.
• Experience in big data analysis for process/manufacturing challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven identification, prioritization, and resolution of process integration challenges.
• Partner with integration, process engineering, and manufacturing teams to design scalable data analytics infrastructure.
• Develop variability tracking and chamber/tool matching methodologies to detect variation and improve yields.
• Build and maintain automated databases, reporting systems, and analysis workflows for decision-making and optimization.
