Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in semiconductor manufacturing, expertise in device physics and big data analysis, and a track record of leading cross-functional projects from conception to implementation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a STEM field; strong foundation in semiconductor processes.
• 5+ years of semiconductor industry experience with Process Integration focus.
• Experience in large-volume manufacturing environments.
• Expertise in device physics and/or interconnects and critical parameter control.
• Experience in big data analysis for resolving manufacturing challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven identification, prioritization and resolution of process integration challenges via advanced signal mining, variability analysis and root-cause investigation.
• Partner with integration, process engineering and manufacturing teams to design and deploy scalable data analytics infrastructure for inline monitoring and process control.
• Develop variability tracking and chamber/tool matching methods to detect systematic variation and improve manufacturing stability.
• Build and maintain automated databases, reporting systems and workflows for high-volume manufacturing decision-making and ML-based optimization.
