Job summary

Humana seeks a Senior Informaticist to join the Process Insights team to translate complex process and operational data into actionable insights. You will build dashboards with Power BI, leverage AI process mining tools, and collaborate across analytics, IT, and business units to drive decision making.

You will develop metrics, monitor KPIs, and present findings with strong data storytelling to leaders and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analytics, informatics, BI or related field.
• Experience designing, building, maintaining dashboards in Power BI.
• Working with process/operational data to support decision making.
• Define, refine, and analyze key metrics and KPIs with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with program, product, or operational stakeholders.
• Use data visualization and storytelling to convey insights.

Responsibilities

• Define and support data strategy for each onboarding program.
• Assess data readiness, identify source systems and data feeds.
• Interpret process and engagement data to generate insights.
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards for the pod.
• Collaborate with Program Manager to monitor KPIs and metrics.
• Experiment with infographics and alternative visuals.
• Analyze trends and variances to surface opportunities and risks.
• Communicate findings through clear narratives and visuals.
