Job summary

Mavensoft Technologies, LLC is seeking a Sr. Process Improvement Manager to join onsite in Sparks, NV for a 2‑month W2 contract. You will drive lean initiatives, implement best practices, and train teams to heighten efficiency and quality.

You will partner with business analysts and leadership to deploy process improvements, establish meaningful metrics, and coordinate internal/external audits, sharing results with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; relevant experience may substitute.
• Six Sigma Green/Black certification preferred; willingness to obtain immediately.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience; Lean/Kaizen knowledge a plus.

Job description

Duration: 2 months

Terms: W2 Contract

Responsibilities:

• As aSenior Process Improvement Manager, you will drive the implementation, communication, training, and auditing of the company and industry best practices.
• You will partner with BA and functional organization leadership to develop, deploy and execute process improvements that support the strategy of achieving lean, efficient, and successful operations.
• You will implement meaningful metrics that drive continuous improvement and solve strategic issues.
• You will coordinate/lead internal and external audit and appraisal processes, and dissemination of results.

Required Qualifications:

• Current Six Sigma Green or Black certification preferred (or must be willing to immediately take steps to attain).
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field;
• Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6 - 8 years of relevant experience;
• Higher education may substitute for relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Kaizen & Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100 & CMMI process standards.
• Experience with program management processes, standards & certification.
