Job summary

Centene Management Company LLC is seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant to lead business case development for proposed initiatives, support strategic planning, and drive cross-functional programs that improve performance, compliance and customer outcomes.

You will organize teams, set project plans, facilitate meetings, document recommendations, and oversee end-to-end execution while using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
• Master's Degree in a related field preferred.
• 6+ years managing projects required.
• Experience in health care and/or insurance preferred.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) required; PMI certification preferred for health operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead business case development for proposed initiatives to assess opportunities, risks and ROI.
• Support strategic planning and prioritization within the operating plan.
• Organize work teams, drive consensus, and establish project plans.
• Ensure end-to-end policy/process integrity and effective implementation.
• Provide communication to all levels of the organization and oversee execution.
