Job summary

Aptive Seek a Functional and Process Improvement Lead to support VA VHA SCPO programs. Lead assessments, map workflows, and translate opportunities into actionable solutions for national specialty care initiatives.

You will develop SOPs, templates, and standardized work, leveraging SharePoint and Power Platform to design dashboards and automated workflows to improve data quality and decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional assessments of current-state functions, roles, and workflows to identify improvement opportunities and gaps across SCPO programs.
• Facilitate process mapping sessions, evaluate workflows, and develop recommendations to eliminate inefficiencies and improve alignment with objectives.
• Develop process documentation, SOPs, templates, and standard work to support continuous quality improvement and enable data-driven decisions.
