Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required; Master’s degree or certifications are a plus.
• Seven or more years in manufacturing/quality engineering or CI.
• Six Sigma Black Belt required; Master Black Belt preferred.
• Experience with data analysis, SPC, and root cause analysis.
• Ability to read complex mechanical drawings and interpret data.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams using Six Sigma, Lean, or Shainin methodologies.
• Develop and maintain SPC tools and control plans.
• Investigate root causes of yield and quality issues.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions with internal and external teams.
• Lead training on problem solving methods and DMAIC.
• Support budget and schedule activities as needed.
