Nationwide in Columbus, OH is seeking a Sr Analyst, Process Management to help design, implement and optimize business and system processes in a hybrid role requiring on-site presence at least two days per week.

You will lead process improvement initiatives, analyze performance, collaborate with teams and vendors, and help translate business needs into actionable process designs while upholding Nationwide values.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business or mathematics.
• Three or more years of experience in business process design or operations.
• Process-related certifications desired.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, configures, documents, deploys, maintains and upgrades business and system processes.
• Operates day-to-day processes and related tools to fulfill customer requests.
• Drives process redesign and continuous improvement initiatives with minimal guidance.
• Develops business cases and project plans to identify, quantify and deliver process design efforts.
• Collaborates with customers, project teams and vendors to optimize processes.
