• Proven ability to design standards, workflows, and drive adoption across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and run the operating rhythm for Engineering Operations and Strategy to keep priorities visible.
• Translate priorities into actionable plans with clear goals, milestones, and owners.
• Prepare decision-ready reports and dashboards for senior leadership to improve performance discussions.
• Lead cross-functional working sessions and ensure ownership and next steps.
• Drive governance, audit, and data quality to measure adoption and impact.
