Job summary

F5 is seeking a Sr. Manager, Process Engineering, & Strategy Management to design and standardize engineering processes across products, platforms, and geographies.

The role partners with Product and cross-functional teams to embed consistent workflows, audit compliance, and drive adoption of standard methods in tooling and data visualization. The leader will report to the VP, Engineering and Strategy and will build a team spanning tooling product management, internal UI/UX, and data audit,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, CS, business, information systems, operations, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in engineering operations, business systems and workflow, strategy and operations, or related discipline.
• Experience designing standards, workflows, and driving adoption across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Design operating rhythm for Engineering Operations and Strategy, including staff meetings and quarterly planning.
• Translate priorities into actionable plans with clear goals, workstreams, milestones, and owners.
• Prepare decision-oriented reports and dashboards for senior leadership to improve performance discussions.
• Plan and facilitate senior leadership meetings and cross-functional sessions with structured decision ownership.
• Build and lead a distributed Process Engineering team spanning tooling product management, UI/UX, and data audit.
• Embed process into tools and systems, turning design into requirements for internal tools and BI surfaces.
