Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in engineering operations, process design, or strategy roles preferred.
• Experience partnering with Product and leadership to drive standards and adoption.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design operating cadence for Engineering Operations and Strategy.
• Partner with Product and cross-functional leaders to design practical strategies and audit compliance.
• Translate process intent into tool requirements, workflows, and governance.
• Lead governance and audit activities, with measurable KPIs and dashboards.
• Embed process standards into internal tools and platforms and drive adoption.
