Texas Instruments Incorporated in Dallas seeks an Engineering Section Manager for the DM6 team. This role is the second-highest level engineering position in the factory and reports to the Engineering Branch Manager.

You will oversee planning, development, and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes, and operations for new and existing products, ensuring quality and cost efficiency while coordinating with engineering on product releases.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes and operations for new and existing products.
• Lead and develop lower-level engineering managers and supervisors within the section.
• Coordinate with engineering for releasing new products and ensure effective reporting and record-keeping.
