Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods and processes for products.
• Ensure efficient use of materials, equipment, and personnel to produce quality products at minimum costs.
• Coordinate with engineering on releasing new products.
• Develop systems to maintain reports and records of company products.
• Develop and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function.
