Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Advanced knowledge of GMPs and CMC concepts.
• Experience leading pharmaceutical process engineering projects.
• Understanding of technology transfer and validation processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and strategic leadership across complex manufacturing activities.
• Represent Process Engineering in cross-functional teams and drive development decisions.
• Develop master plans for technology transfers and process validations.
• Lead and develop staff, with financial and HR accountability.
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and business requirements.
