Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in process/manufacturing engineering.
• 3+ years leading an engineering team.
• Machining background and NPI experience.
• Hands-on with metrology equipment and GD&T.
• Experience with FMEA and quality systems.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach and develop manufacturing engineers and technicians.
• Serve as the primary process and manufacturing expert on cross-functional teams.
• Drive design transfer of new products into production with internal and supplier teams.
• Provide DFM input on prints and communicate process limits to design teams.
• Guide process capability assessments and implement improvements.
• Design processes, tooling, fixturing and automation.
• Write and review process validation protocols and reports.
• Ensure documentation meets quality system requirements (BOMs, routers, FMEAs).
• Own CAPA, project management and quality system deliverables.
• Plan and lead manufacturing technical reviews and development builds.
• Participate in lean reviews, Kaizen events, IP submissions.
