Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Principal Process Engineer for the Monrovia, CA office. In a lead position you will apply advanced engineering techniques and analysis and may serve as a technical consultant in an area of specialty.

You may provide discipline supervision for one larger or one or more smaller projects. You will guide process engineering activities across multidisciplinary teams, ensure on-time delivery, and mentor junior engineers to develop rigorous, safe, and efficient processes for

Qualifications

• Experience leading and managing medium/large process teams.
• Strong front-end design capability with expertise in conceptual design and process simulation.
• Excellent technical and practical engineering skills with timely delivery to Worley and clients.
• Knowledge of local and international standards and regulatory specifications.

Responsibilities

• Generate, review, and approve Process deliverables: HMB, PFDs, P&IDs, equipment specifications, hydraulics calculations, contingency analysis & instrument data.
• Conduct process studies as needed.
• Mentor junior Process Engineers.
• Support procurement, construction and commissioning activities; oversee requisitions and technical bid evaluations.
• Act as process engineering Lead on specific projects.
• Ensure projects meet scope, budget and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and customers.
