Worley is seeking a Principal Process Engineer for the Monrovia, CA office. In this lead role you will apply advanced engineering techniques, supervise projects, and mentor junior engineers. You will ensure deliverables meet Worley and client standards, with a focus on safety, quality, and schedule.

The candidate should have 12+ years in the process industry, refinery and oil & gas experience, and a strong grasp of process simulations and standards relevant to California projects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and managing medium/large process teams.
• Excellent front-end design capability with process simulation.
• Strong knowledge of local and international standards in process engineering.
• Proficient use of MS Office and process engineering software.

Responsibilities

• Generate, review, and approve process deliverables (HMB, PFDs, P&IDs).
• Lead process studies and mentor junior engineers.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and manage budget/schedule.
