Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production for high-volume processes; update work instructions and batch records.
• Provide problem-solving support for varied engineering projects and participate in customer meetings and audits.
• Conduct trend reviews analyzing SPC performance using Excel/JMP.
• Lead development for ultrapure solvents, focusing on purification techniques like nano-filtration and distillation.
• Guide NPD and CIP, manage pilot-to-HVM projects, and prepare technical reports and MOCs.
• Align raw materials and sourcing with cross-functional teams; set packaging standards.
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers to develop process-technology roadmaps.
• Execute DOE to understand effects of materials and variables on product quality; plan and execute projects.
• Contribute to process-control technologies and investigate new tech (filtration, distillation, ion exchange).
• Research and implement advanced process technologies and metrology.
