• Experience applying engineering concepts to process documentation and improvement initiatives.
• Experience developing and improving industrial processes at local and corporate levels.
• Experience assisting other shipyard departments with engineering services for requirements and process improvements.
• Experience managing Naval Sea Systems Command programs related to EPD.
• Strong written and verbal communication in administrative supervisory functions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and multi-disciplinary engineering expertise for process documentation and improvement across divisions in EPD.
• Develop, maintain, and improve industrial processes, methods, and practices locally and corporately.
• Determine requirements and develop specifications for support systems, equipment, and tools.
• Assign work to subordinate staff and ensure timely, quality completion.
