Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Transformation Senior Process Engineer to act as the technical lead for process and equipment design on a Strategic Capital Project. You will drive design decisions, specify equipment, and manage risk with minimal supervision.

You will collaborate with Project Engineering Lead and Project Director to ensure scope, cost, and schedule targets are met, while aligning with cGMP and regulatory expectations across manufacturing and packaging operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field with significant experience.
• Has demonstrated competency within a discipline.
• Strong technical knowledge and application of concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Works on problems of complex scope with multiple factors and makes sound judgments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct high-impact engineering projects within Drug Product Manufacturing or Packaging.
• Achieve project financial targets and maintain cost/schedule controls.
• Develop execution strategies including procurement and vendor management.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory expectations across audits.
