CRB is seeking a Senior Process Engineer for small molecule/oligo/peptide projects. You will lead API process development, scale-up, and manufacturing optimization while engaging clients and managing scopes, budgets, and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering (ABET-accredited).
• 5+ years of small molecule process engineering, preferably in a consulting or client-facing role.
• Experience with cGMP practices and regulatory guidelines (FDA/EMA).

Responsibilities

• Lead and design process scopes for small to medium projects in API manufacturing.
• Manage scope, budget, and schedule while coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to high-quality deliverables.
• Support capital project planning and regulatory alignment.
• Develop PFDs, P&IDs, and mass/energy balances.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
