Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Physics required or PhD with no professional experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent
• Experience with semiconductor processes and lab environments preferred.
• Familiarity with SPC/DOE and statistical tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct process engineering research and development for Lam’s semiconductor equipment.
• Review and enhance processing techniques to improve yields and reduce costs.
• Develop and sustain new processes and process improvements.
• Analyze test data to define next steps and specifications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer demos and roadmap.
• Lead and guide process technicians to ensure successful execution.
