Job summary

Aurorium is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead design and scale-up of chemical and pharmaceutical processes from lab to production. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver manufacturing improvements and new product introductions.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering and at least 10 years of experience in process design or manufacturing, with familiarity in process simulation and safety reviews. Locations include Indianapolis, IN and Midlothian, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering required.
• 10+ years in engineering design and/or manufacturing of chemical/pharma products.
• Experience with process design and development, including PFDs and P&IDs.

Responsibilities

• Defines and leads process design projects for new or expanded processes.
• Leads plant process improvement projects and new product introductions.
• Develops engineering models to improve scale-up and Aurorium processes.
• Delivers new chemical process designs from concept to commercial scale.
